Questions and answers
❓ Why is foot health so important?
The feet are the foundation of the body. Just like buildings – healthy foundations mean a strong structure, for a person, healthy feet mean a strong body. The feet are responsible for the quality of movement, as they contain many receptors that allow the nervous system to sense the body in space and in motion. If a person can move qualitatively, the bones, muscles, and other processes in the body also function in balance. Over time, we can lose the sensitivity of the receptors, so it is important to take care that this does not happen.
❓ How can I improve my balance?
Training the feet can improve balance. Specific exercises and tools help activate certain nerves in the feet that send signals to the brain. By improving this communication, body awareness in space, stability, and balance are enhanced.
❓ When is it not too late to think about foot health?
Stimulation and activation of foot receptors can help prevent the natural decline of muscle strength and endurance that occurs with age. Starting from the age of 30, muscle strength and endurance tend to decrease by 10% each year. Regular stimulation of the foot nerves promotes the creation of new nerve pathways to the brain and reduces the effects of aging – coordination and balance improve. In addition, regular stimulation of the feet improves blood circulation, which reduces foot pain, foot bone and toe deformities, and nail changes.
